The Oak Knoll Neighborhood Association (OKNA) was founded in 1977 by a group of residents who desired a venue for organizing neighborhood social events to foster greater camaraderie.

All neighborhood activities, events, communication pieces, and neighborhood beautification programs, are funded through membership dues and contributions.
